I am a Montclair native and a graduate of Montclair High School. I have over 15
years of experience with renovating, marketing, and selling residential properties in New Jersey.
After 20 years of city living (Greenwich Village, Jersey City), my family and I moved back to
this beautiful urban(ish) suburb in 2008. I started my real estate career in the late 1990s as
a real estate investor & restoration specialist in the vibrant and historic commuting
neighborhoods of Jersey City.
I have an MA in Historic Preservation from Columbia University's School of Architecture. I have worked as an architectural and fine art conservator, and served on the Montclair Historic Preservation Commission. My unique blend of
experiences and expertise enables me to recognize distinctive features in a home and visualize
the many possibilities for renovation and restoration.
My two sons attend Montclair public schools and so I have first-hand knowledge about
both the quality of the local school systems and what various neighborhoods have to offer.
